What are Chakras and where are they located

We have seven main chakras which make up part of our energetic body. When these chakras are open and balanced, energy can flow freely through our bodies and minds. When any of these energy centers are blocked, it leads to stagnation and can contribute to a variety of physical and spiritual ailments. It’s important we practice regular chakra healing techniques, to counteract the probelms which commonly occur with unbalanced chakras.
